Accounts will be setup within 12 hours, 24-72 hours during vacations and holidays.
ALL support requests must go through the TICKET SYSTEM, NO EXCEPTIONS! ERL can be used for sig tags, personalized stats, & other creations. All ERL accounts have advertisements, and users found to be using a script to prevent the ads from loading will have their account deleted and membership fees will not be refunded. Account Sharing Account sharing is prohibited unless specific licensing arrangements have been made prior to account setup. You may not share or host requests for others, or share your username/password. Violators will have their accounts terminated without refund! You can only share your account with one person and it is non transferable. If they quit tagging no other user may be added to your account without paying an additional user fee. The additional users name must be included when you sign up, if not your account will not be accepted. Copyright Issues If an artist contacts TagCorner and requests, and provides proof of copyright violations you will be required to remove sample tags from your ERL account until you can prove you own said artwork, or hold licenses to make art from tubes, or images purchased from artists. In the event you fail to comply, TagCorner will remove the images in question, on second offense (of noncompliance) your account will be closed. Adult Content Slight adult content is allowed, no extreme, or porn is allowed. No adult content portraying children in sensitive nature, or pornographic poses. You must post a warning that your ERL account will have some AC content on it. Membership Fees
By paying a membership fee you can become inactive during your membership term and do not have to worry about having your account terminated. Your account would only be terminated if you choose not to renew your membership at the end of your term/cancel your subscription.
Office/Online Hours Office hours are approximated, and not guaranteed. I try to be available during the set times Monday - Friday, except when on Holiday. The reason I do not guarantee my office hours are two fold, 1. I answer support tickets, and set up new accounts when ever I'm online, not just during set times. 2. Internet connectivity may prevent my actual online presence. Account Setup

Closure of Account If your account is closed due to noncompliance a refund will not be issued. Change of Email You are required to notify TagCorner of your change of address as soon as possible, if you fail to do so, we will not be held responsible for any delays that occur. Support/Problems All requests for assistance should be submitted via the Support Center, email requests may get lost or blocked by filters. Transfers Accounts are never transferred, you decide to quit, and ask for your account to be closed, it can not be transferred. This included additional users, you can not replace an additional user with another without first paying a fee.
